Ultrasonic bonded fabric is redefining the design of seamless padded jackets. The outer layer is made of polyester or nylon, with a thin layer of polyester wadding in the middle, while the inner lining features warm materials such as polyester or knitted fleece. The jacket has no quilting stitches, giving it a clean, stylish look. Moreover, without stitch lines, there is no risk of padding leaking through seams.
